Moving Beyond Gamification to Game Design!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Your students love to play video games, and now you can empower them to design their own! Through an easy-to-use yet sophisticated software program, Gamestarmechanic, students can learn valuable 21st century skills like problem-solving and iterative design. Workshop participants will see examples of student work, and receive tips on lesson planning. Additional resources on game design and literacy will be provided.
