Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Don’t just use technology at your school – make technology at your school! Encourage student/teacher collaboration and meaningful technology integration by tasking students to invent DIY solutions to authentic school community problems. Students utilize the Design Thinking methodology and integrate skills in communication, programming, and STEAM subjects. Students also experiment with sensors, hands-on practice, and DIY technology commonly associated with the “Maker Movement”. Example student projects from The School at Columbia University will be shared.
