Maker Space? Fab Lab? STEAM? Say What?

A basic introduction, with physical examples, of the three main areas of physical computing (aka Maker spaces and fab labs) in education: 3D printing, microprocessor controlling and sensing, and programming. The site and syllabus of an open source 3-credit graduate course on the same subject will be made available for those wishing to self-study, and/or bring Making into their classroom.
