Limited Capacity seats available

Maker Movement? Internet of Things? Physical Computing? Raspberry Pi? Arduino?! This workshop opens with a rapid overview of the Maker landscape (Maker Faires, e-textiles), demystifies the jargon and then dives into getting you up to speed with using microcontrollers. If you are concerned about your programming ability - have no fear because the Arduino was designed for artists by artists. It’s time to learn how to have your students build their own classroom technology!

Participants in this session will get an Arduino Starter Kit.

A $50.00 discount can be taken for evening sessions if you are attending either or both regular conference days.

A light dinner will be served and is included in the cost of the evening session.

The session must have a minimum of 6 participants to run. The maximum is 30.
