Limited Capacity seats available

This workshop offers an introduction into the effective use of the iPad as a teaching and learning tool. Participants will gain an understanding of the iPad, its care, setup, maintenance, security and use. We will then examine the educational framework of the iPad as a Universally Designed device and consider effective strategies when working with students. We will further explore how iPad use best supports learning and assessment including the Common Core State Standards. Each participant will have access to excellent iPad resources that will continue to support their teaching beyond our time together. If you are just beginning or planning to begin using iPads with your students, please join us for a worthwhile and enjoyable session.
