Can Teachers and Students MAKE Apps? App-solutely
Limited Capacity seats available

Participants in this hands on session will build their own mobile app that can be used to provide students, parents, and community mobile access to their classroom. No coding required! We will look at teacher created apps built using Appshed as well as tour AppShed Academy - an app building environment designed to turn app development into a teaching tool that lets students create and publish app within a safe and secure environment that can moderated by teachers. Encourage your students to move beyond PowerPoints and brochures to demonstrate their understanding -- scaffold them to building a mobile App.

Participants will need to bring their own laptop.

A $50.00 discount can be taken for evening sessions if you are attending either or both regular conference days.

A light dinner will be served and is included in the cost of the evening session.

The session must have a minimum of 6 participants to run. The maximum is 30.
